1. SUMMARY

A livestock starter program provided breeding goats, laying
hens, feed, and veterinary care to 18 families (approx. 96
individuals) in rural Roxas, central Palawan. Each household
received husbandry training and a record-keeping system.

2. OUTCOMES (first 8 weeks)
------------------------------------------------------------
- Families selling surplus eggs at the local market.
- First independent income generated from the project.
- "Pay-it-forward" herd model multiplies impact: the first
  female offspring from each goat is passed to a new family.

Total yield deployed:        6,200 USDC
  Breeding goats (24)          3,000 USDC
  Laying hens & coops          1,500 USDC
  Feed & veterinary care       1,100 USDC
  Husbandry training             600 USDC
