1. SUMMARY
------------------------------------------------------------
A deep-bore well, solar-powered pump, and community storage
tank were installed in a coastal barangay near Taytay,
northern Palawan. The system now delivers clean water to
64 households (approx. 312 individuals) that previously
relied on a contaminated creek more than an hour away on foot.

2. OUTCOMES (first 30 days)

- Reported waterborne illness among children dropped sharply.
- Average ~2 hours/day per household reclaimed from water hauling.
- Local water committee trained and operational.
- Upkeep fund established and managed by the community.
